Terms of Use

These terms cover the website gambaos.com and the GambaOS software distributed through it. By using either, you accept them.

GambaOS is operated by an independent developer, not a registered company. There is no corporate entity behind it at this time.

The website

You may read this site, link to it, and quote it with attribution. You may not attempt to break it, overload it, or use it to distribute malware.

The waitlist form is for people who want to be told when GambaOS is available. Submitting an address you do not control is not permitted.

The software licence

GambaOS is free and open source software, licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License, version 3 (AGPL-3.0). The licence text is included in the source repository and governs what you may do with the software. In short: you may run it, read it, modify it and redistribute it, provided you keep it under the same licence and make your modifications available if you offer it to others over a network.

GambaOS is a fork of ClawPanel, which is also AGPL-3.0 licensed. It is maintained independently. Nothing on this site should be read as a statement on behalf of the upstream project or its authors.

Where these terms and the AGPL-3.0 disagree about the software, the AGPL-3.0 wins.

No warranty

The software is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, as set out in the AGPL-3.0. That is not a formality — it means what it says.

GambaOS manages AI agents that can spend real money at model providers and that can be exposed to a network. The security audit will not find every problem with your deployment. The cost projections are estimates based on your recent usage, not a guarantee of what you will be charged. You remain responsible for your own deployment, your own security, and your own bills.

Nothing in the panel replaces reading your provider’s pricing page, setting spending limits with your provider, or securing your own server.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of GambaOS is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the software or this website. This includes model provider charges, data loss, service downtime, and consequences of a security incident.

If your local law does not allow this exclusion, the liability is limited to the amount you have paid for GambaOS, which is currently zero.

Availability

This is a side project. The website, the waitlist and the software are provided on a best-effort basis with no uptime commitment. Features may change or be removed. If the project is discontinued, the source remains available under the AGPL-3.0 and you may continue to run and maintain your own copy.

Paid features

There are none today. If paid features are introduced, they will be governed by separate terms presented at the point of purchase, and this page will be updated. The panel itself remains open source.

Trademarks

“GambaOS” and its logo identify this project. The AGPL-3.0 grants rights to the code, not permission to present a modified version as the official GambaOS. Fork it freely — just do not pass your fork off as ours.

“OpenClaw”, “Hermes”, “ClawPanel” and other names on this site belong to their respective owners and are used to describe compatibility, not to claim affiliation or endorsement.

Changes

These terms may change. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the current version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
